Thomas M. Saenz (Tom) is Founder and President of Pace Medical Communications, Inc.  (PACE). Established in 2009, PACE is a provider of healthcare communications, continuing medical education, and research support services to medical societies, non-profit educational foundations, academic institutions, and medical education companies.  Together with his employees and close network of collaborators, Tom helps advance clinical research and improve healthcare professionals’ competency, skills, and knowledge by reaching thousands of clinicians globally each year with the company’s continuing educational programs.   Tom strives to incorporate his values into the way he manages the company:  respecting the basic dignity and rights of all people, striving for accessible and high-quality healthcare and education,  acting in a socially responsible manner, and maintaining a high ethical standard.  Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from California State University Fullerton (1995) and a Master’s in Business Administration from Chapman University (2002).  Tom lives in Fullerton, CA, with his wife of 22 years, Blanca Saenz, and three daughters Gabriela (20), Theresa (17), and Elena (12).  Tom is passionate about serving those in need and enjoys traveling, futbol (soccer), and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
